What you
need:
2 red apples,

sugar

In a bowl, sprinkle the apple slices with the sugar and cinnamon, tossing to coat the fruit evenly.
Arrange apples on a baking sheet so that they do not fall apart.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200 F) until dry and crisp (but still turning),

and Avocado Hummus
What you
need:
2 ripe
avocado, identified and peeled
2 cloves
garlic
2 cups canned
chickpeas
1/3 cup
tahini
1/4 cup fresh
lime juice
3 tablespoons
of olive oil
1/4 teaspoon
cumin
Kosher salt
1 tablespoon
chopped cilantro
Red pepper
flakes, decorative
In a blender or food processor, combine avocado, chickpeas, garlic, tahini, lime juice and olive oil.
Season with kosher salt. Stir until the mixture is smooth.
Transfer the mixture to a serving bowl and add the chopped cilantro and red pepper flakes.

Mix Snack Balls
What you
need:
1 cup of old
folded oats
3/4 cup
peanut butter with cream, melted
1/2 cup mini
chocolate chips
1/4 cup small
M & Ms
1/4 cup
chopped nuts
1/4 cup dried

honey
Kosher salt
Combine old fried oats, peanut butter, black chocolate chips, M&M, peanuts, dried and honey.
Season with kosher salt (depending on the salt you prefer). Stir until the ingredients are well combined.
Sprinkle into small balls (about a teaspoon
in size) and arrange on a plate. Cover and refrigerate until firm, about 1 to 2

all-natural peanut butter, warm

dried cranberries
